These folks go out of thier way to help you understand whats going on with your car. Everyone is just as friendly as can be. Thought a dealer would be more costly, but they beat the pants off every one eles's prices.

I've been happy with the service and repair work they've done on my truck over the last 10 years. Everybody from the mechanics, parts people, and salespeople are honest and friendly. In my experience they have never paid for a loaner vehicle even while my truck was still under a Dodge warranty; they do have an agreement with a nearby rental company for affordable rentals though. My only wish is that they were open for repairs over the weekend.

The guys and gal in the service dept are great, they're a lot of fun too. I have never had a bad experience here. everything is explained to me, never above me. The couple of times my car's have needed to spend the night, they have provided me with a loaner or got me to and from home. The parts guys are sharp too. There's a guy there that knows more about Chrysler than Chrysler does. I strongly suggest a visit. There are some things they are a little higher on than the local shops, but I have never left there feeling ripped off or wonder if my car was fixed.
