They are willing to provide most routine maintenance while you wait, or will drive you where you need to go. One time I showed up without an appointment because I felt some shuddering with braking, and a service manager got in the car with me, diagnosed my warped rotors, reassured me that it could wait until my next maintenance check and was not a safety issue. They have been honest and fair with me and treated me with respect.
