Since Jay Davis left, customer service (on Saab's at least) has left something to be desired. Not so great any more - repair price quotes seem to have gone up on average (and they were already expensive) and the new guys often won't take the time to explain everything to me in the amount of detail I'd like. They fix things right, the first time, and do it quickly, though, so it's not a bad place, just expensive, and I miss Jay.

Jay Daviss has worked on our Saabs starting in 1983 and I have never been unhappy with the work. The wife and I are now each have one for jay to take care ove

JayJay Davis has worked on my Saab tons of times. They charge way too much, but hey, it's a dealership, you get what you pay for here. The work is done perfectly, they clean the area they worked on afterwards of fluids/etc, and they warranty their work and parts. They always get my old saab done the same day, excpet when they need to overnight parts ($20 extra ><). They do charge too much for parts... Saab's diect prices are ridiculous; the parts can usaully be had for 3/4 to half price online (not aftermarket); they only use their parts, so if you want to save money on parts and labor, look elsehwere, but if you want it done right the first time, go here, just get ready to take out a few loans ><.
