I can only add that Bill Seabury is a very bright, personable, honest, experienced auto mechanic. He's gifted at intuiting a car's problems; he explains things patiently and well; he's cordial with customers and hasa good reliable sense of humor. His assistant, "Rich," isalso a very good mechanic. I have been using this garage for yearsk and have never felt overcharged or cheated in any way. Bill is very accomodating. He has lots of loyal customers, and we're all very glad to abide by his one request, which is to leave him alone on Saturdays and Sundays, and, if possible, during the noon hour. At other times, he's always there and always glad to help out a customer.

Met Bill on Otsego lake during a south wind not ment for any craft except wind surfers with an attitude , and he puts his sailboat in and procedes to fly across Hyde bay like a sailor. Then he bought a sailboard and came out with us , and a year later he was flying past us . This analogy is the way he took to computers and electrical systems in vehicles, when he sinks his teeth into a byte or a bit that brings an error code to your dashboard , there is no missing the reason why, much to the comptrolers dismay , also wife and taskmaster, parts procurer and vehicle historian, I don't think she bills his time from 5pm till 7am. The real America was built by people like Bill and Pam

Bill has many years of experience. Works on all types of cars. I trust his assessment of the problem. Prices are very fair. Can talk to him directly without a "translator" (aka shop forman). Will often repair rather than replace - at considerable savings to the customer. His shop is not surgically sparkling but shows that work is being done. Also doesn't have a radio blaring in the background - but concentrates on the work at

Bill is as happy go lucky a nature lover as can be.a computer wizard which carries over into the modern vehicle motif. Pam runs the shop and being a redhead is respected by all returning customers.

I have been taking my vehicles to Bill's Auto for several years now. I totally feel confident that I am safe in my cars when they are repaired there. Bill always takes the time to explain to me what my car needs and has saved parts and shown them to me. I really like seeing what things look like. It ia also always a pleasure to speak with Pam and have her help me figure out the best time to get work done on my vehicles. I would highly recommend Bill's Auto and have done so to many of my friends.

Bill has serviced our cars for over 20 years. He's talented, honest, fast, and will try and fix anything if he thinks it's safe to do so.
