The first time we had a car repaired at this shop we left our spare car key on the desk at the shop. We drove home using the key that was on our regular key chain. About 45 minutes later Mark showed up at our door with the extra key. Mark isn't your typical knuckle-scrapping mechanic. He enjoys symphony concerts and dining at fine restaurants. He will always take time to chat with you (car talk or other). The shop is VERY clean and the coffee always fresh. The waiting area is pleasant and, if you're lucky, you will be entertained by Tucker while you wait!! It is a pleasure to have Mark work on our cars.

Mark is one of the most honest mechanics we know. He takes plenty of time to explain the problems and possible fixes of your vehicle. He is also good for a stimulating conversation and he is great at finding the mice nests in our 1987 240 Volvo! He works on our new cars, too.

A very professional guy, I've relied on him for more than 15 years. I always know I'll get the straight story from Mark. And the fun thing is the unique vehicles that show up in his shop from time to time--how's a '56 Cunningham coupe (one of 6?) grab ya?

I went to Mark after seeing the good reviews here, and I'm glad I did. He replaced the regulator on the driver's window and told me about some service items he recommended based on my Passat having reached 100,000 miles. I'm impressed by his knowledge of this model and would much prefer to do business with him than a dealer.
