Okay, I have been a customer of these guys for over ten years. I have had my classic Buick serviced and repaired by them. My Mercedes, my wife's car, and anything with four wheels that have owned has been in to see these guys. Time after time Matt & his crew have been there for me and my family when we needed them. They have always been honest, upfront, and in some cases psychic when it has come to fixing our automobiles problems. I would like to just say Thank You to Matt and all of his help at Utica Lincoln Garage. They have always been my first & only call when I needed anything car related. Thanks Again Guys, Regards, Christopher

Once upon a time, I had my car towed in to Lincoln Garage. The car (a Saab) had been purchased out of town and broke down in Albany, right in front of the Saab dealer! They pushed it into their shop, looked at it, looked at me, then at the car again, smiled and said the transmission, clutch and motor mounts were shot. KAPUT!!! They also said that it would take three days to fix and over $3200. NOPE!!! I called Lincoln Garage, they arranged for my new (well, new to me.) Saab to be picked up in Albany as well as driving me back to my home in Clinton, NY 20 minutes away. That night I got a call from the owner who said the clutch needed to be replaced. I asked about the transmission & motor mounts? He stated that the motor mounts were new and had been replaced within the past few weeks by the looks of them & the transmission should be fine. The next morning I got my shiny Saab back (they had washed it & vacuumed it for me...FOR FREE!)& it drove like a million bucks. I am so glad to see that others have posted about this place. I'll tell you, these guys are really on top of their game and will continue to have our business for many years & many miles to come. BTW they charged me their cost on the tow back to Utica and didn't charge me for the drive back to my residence. The clutch job was very affordable and has about 50,000 miles on it & still bangs through those gears without a hitch.
