My last car was a VW fox, I limped into Madden's with a broken clutch cable. Everett was busy, to busy to get the part and fix the car. What was I to do? I've got a canoe on top and a honeymoon to go on. Everett lent me his car so I could go to a dealer and getb a cable which he would then install, That's right, he would lend me his car to drive 1 hour into Troy to get the part.

Great people who go out of their way to make the car repair experience simple, straightforward and pain-free. I trust them completely.

This place does it's best to fix the problem in a sane old-fashioned way. Unlike dealerships they don't just replace a module or assembly if there's a simpler fix they do it.

I always leave feeling satisfied that the job was done right and at a reasonable price. What is a painful experience at other repair shops is made fun here by talking with the owner about the repair and local gossip.

Only went there for an inspection, but I was so impressed by the relationship this shop appeared to have with customers--friendly, concerned, direct. Would definitely go again.
