MIKE IS GREAT! NOT ONLY IS HE MORE THAN FAIR, HE GETS THE PROBLEM EVERYTIME! HE ENJOYS FIXING THE CARS THAT OTHER SHOPS GIVE UP ON, OR CAN NOT FIX AT ALL. HE LIVES JUST TO INCREASE HIS AUTOMOTIVE KNOWLEDGE ONE STEP FURTHER WITH EVERY CAR HE ENCOUNTERS, THAT SOMEONE ELSE HAS MESSED UP OR GAVE UP ON. THE BEST PART IS PROBABLY HOW QUICK HE IS TO POINT OUT HOW IMPORTANT IT IS THAT HE IS AN "ASE CERTIFIED MASTER AUTO TECHNICAIN" AND HOW HE FEELS IT WOULD BE GREAT IF ALL AUTO TECHNICAINS (MECHANICS) NEEDE TO BE CERTIFIED TO WORK ON CARS, TO FINALLY GET RID OF ALL THE BUTCHERS AND DISHONEST PEOPLE WHO CALL THEMSELVES MECHANICS AND GIVE THE INDUSTRY A BAD REPUTATION. NOT ALL OF THEM ARE THIEVES. MIKE IS GREAT AND HONEST. SAVED ME LOTS OF MONEY, AND IS ALWAYS HONEST! WHAT MORE COULD I WANT?
