Essat or Ali is an extremely honest & a moral individual, and thus is sometimes very strict with people who abuse their cars. Furthermore, he has no time for bottom feeders who will play the bait and switch game. You can always tease him with the Turkish / Greek tensions, and he will laugh and cry with you. I have always been offered and forced a copy of coffee or glass of orange juice. I have sent ny wife and other female members of my family and he has taken the time to explain the car repairs and he has 'never talked down to them or made feel inferior.
