This shop always shows me the old parts, show me the invoice for the new parts so I know thery're not ripping me off, and explains how/why they did everything. Since I am a woman, I can tell you they treat their female customers very well. (My husband also likes them.)Their shop is spotless, they are scrupulously honest, and I never feel uncomfortable (there aren't any girlie posters up). One great anecdote: One morning my car (1981 Mercedes Diesel) wouldn't start, and it looked like I would have to get the car towed the three blocks to their shop. My husband and I walked down to the shop to ask them if they could work on the car that day, and if they could recommend a towing service. THE MECHANIC WALKED BACK TO OUR HOUSE, started the car, took it to the shop and fixed it that day. For $80.00. Is that great or what?!?!?!
