Tom had been doing my work for about eight years when he went to work for another garage which was not possible for me to use because of location. After about five repair visits without Tom I had decided to go elsewhere when Tom decided to return to Dell's. Only his return kept me from moving. Also I recently bought my third Jeep from this dearship because of of Tom's work in the service department. Also the overall service department has greatly improved in the last two years.

I have been dealing with Sam Dell since 1995. There
service has always been very good. The second Jeep that I
purchased was a used 2000 Cherokee that I picked up a few
days before Christmas. After picking it up I noticed low
oil pressure. When I called to make an appointment they
got me in the next day. Early the next day the service
manager called to tell me that I had a blown head gasket
and the head was warped and the crank shaft was not good.
At this point I wished that I had purchased the extended
warranty. The service manager told me that he had already
ordered a short block and would dedicate a tech to work on
the rebuild. I picked up my Jeep on Christmas eve with
a "new" engine and no charge. We bought my wife a 2002
Grand Cherokee in September, 2004 mainly because of the
service department and the way they we have been treated in
the past.
