First I would like to explain the "disagree strongly" comment about public transportation. We just plain don't have any around here so it is not his fault. John will, however, either come get the car or drive you back home and come get you when the car is done. He even drove my daughter to work in Glens Falls so that she wouldn't have to take a day off while he worked on her car. John is the only mechanic I know who knows how to tell time. Unlike the dealerships, John is prompt and knows how long things take. He never keeps me waitng. John has a computerized maintenance record for every customer and if a State Inspection is about to run out, he'll call and let you know. John's customers don't get caught with expired inspection stickers. Preventative maintenance is John's big thing. I have never had a breakdown as long as John has been taking care of my cars. He does a thorough check up at every oil change and will remind you when things like brakes will need to be replaced beforehand so that you are not surprised by the upcoming expense. John will stay open a little longer so that I can swing by on my way home from work for routine stuff like an oil change. He's also a great psychologist and philosopher. Oil change chats are even better than going to the hairdresser. His prices are fair and he won't do uncessary work. For my family he looks after my Subaru, daughter and son-in-law's Honda Civic, Toyota truck and another daughter and son-in-law's 2 Hondas. That's plenty of opportunity to screw up, but in over 10 years we have no complaints. John is the best. Oh yes, he also listens to your show and has nice things to say about "Click" and "Clack".

John is great. Although I do not know why he is listed as
located in Niagara Falls. He fixes cars and loves doing
it. A while back he had an illness that caused him to not
be available for a couple months. Out of necessity I took
my vehicle to another mechanic. It was a nightmare. I was
so happy to have him back. He does work on vehicles
belonging to women and treats them fairly, as far as I can
tell. However, if there is a boyfriend or husband, he
seems to only want to talk to the male.
