Charlie and the people who work for him aren't perfect, but they are pretty good. And when they make a mistake they will correct it. I've always found him to be completely honest and he's always willing to take the time to explain what needs doing. He's kept a succession of our 10-15 year old cars going until something un-fixable has happened.
