Jim is easily one of the best mechanics I've ever encountered. I suppose that there are many talented mechanics, but what sets him apart is his honesty. Several times I've taken an apparently serious problem to him(one that totally debilitates the car) only to be told that the problem is minor and charged $25 or less to fix it. Since he knows that I know nothing about cars and since he knows that I'll pay whatever it is that's necessary, he has the perfect opportunity to hose me. In the 8 years I've taken my car to him, I've never even suspected that he's taken advantage of the situation, and all the people who work with me and take their car to him all concur that he is honest, is hardworking, and always keeps his word.

Rather than installing a new $185 wiper kit, Jim fabricated a replacement for the 25 cent part that broke. Charge was $20.

Jim was recommended to me by my wife who's car he has serviced for many years as well as her mother. I can't say how great a mechanic Jim is and would highly recommend him.

Jim and Ken are the best and very friendly. These two guys keep their shop open from 7am to 9pm most nights, I don't know how they do it. I have been only living here for a few years, but they have always been honest and reliable.
