I was new to the area about 5 years ago. I went to 3 local shops with my vehicle before findind PARTS PLUS. Now, I am a female, and it was very clear to me that these 3 local shop owners assumed that I had no idea what was going on. I knew that something was cousing one of my breaks to stick. Each of these three places told me that such and such was wrong with my car (all different answers, some had nothign to do with the break system) and that it would be a very costly repair (over $800). Those places would not let me see a cost/parts list or what their labor costs were. PARTS PLUS was the only place to tell me exactly what was wrong, how much is would cost, and how long it would take. They even showed me how much each part cost them and what I would be paying for it. It ended up being a very affordable repair (under $400) and my car has been working like a charm ever since. I now go to them for everything because I have found them to be the most reliable and affordable places in town. I have found that the best guy they have on staff is the owner, and the tall dark haired one with the tats.
