Pat and crew actually alert you to something that is still under warranty through the dealer or maker. He may charge a minimal amount to cover the labor time it took to figure out a problem-but in the process he also becomes an advocate for his customers in terms of getting warranty information, etc. He's big on preventing problems . And he's never too busy to give you a lift home !
