I usually do not deal with a dealer shop for service because they are out for repair and get out of here. I have dealt with this shop since buying a used '91 Jeep Cherokee; now they service my '95 Chevy Astro van, '98 Sebring convertible, still the Jeep and a '91 Honda Civic. I can take any vehicle there, explain the problem, and if they don't know the problem they research it and repair it in quick order. When one vehicle went in for a noise, it was repaired but they wouldn't release the car because the battery was so expanded, it was ready to explode. I can take a vehicle in and have absolute trust to say "Do what needs to be done", it will be done and at reasonable cost. I do not have to say to save the parts, as I know if it had to be replaced, it did and it was. I also do not have to make an appointment for a week from next Thursday, they will fit my vehicle in now - which they do for any customer who walks in the door.
