The guys were working on the brakes of my husband's Geo Prizm; noticed the clutch was slipping. Described the problem first, asked permission to repair before doing any work - we had noticed clutch problems but just hadn't realized those were symptoms of slippage. They called us back after all repairs had been made to check to see how the car was. They've been up front about repairs not worth making - like repairing the air conditioning on an 89 Taurus.

Dennis and Ronnie have taken care of my cars [Toyota Avalon, Maxima, Ford Crown Vic Station Wagon, Honda Accord] for almost 20 years. They fix and do whatever needs to be done and tell me when to get rid of a car [even sell them for me]. A real pleasure to work with.

The only problem for me is that they aren't just around the corner. They are ideal mechanics: super competent and really nice. They either give me rides home or arrange to have someone after hours at station to give me car keys (and let me pay the bill, too). It took me years to find mechanics of their calibre. I'm really pleased. I found them through the recommendation of a friend.
