Don't know why no one added this shop. They have provided 30 + years of servicing on an assortment of used autos I have owned. Norm Stallman, the owner is a graduate from a local community college with a degree of some type in auto mechanics. As you can see from the above, their service is top notch. The best part is that Norm is very honest - tells it like it is, will show you the problem, tell you the approximate cost, repair time, etc. If they goof on something (very rare) they fix the problem, no charge. I don't know about certifications, etc., but I do know that he always has competent people working for him and the turnover is low - a good sign. He does not do alignment, body work or transmission. He has been able to pinpoint every problem I have had on my used cars (and there were many), some really way out problems. HIs cost is competitive and even if it wasn't, I would still go to him. It's all about trust.

Every time they work on air conditioning (we have 9 cars), the results cause me to suffer from frostbite. Everything works right the first time, we never have to go back for a re-do. Whenever they find something unexpected, they call. They also call before they spend money on parts.
