We have been going there for >20 years with several different cars. We have found them to be very honest and straightforward. They take care to explain things properly and always seem to be reasonably priced.

They paid to have my car towed 50 miles back to their shop when they thought a repair they did 3 months earlier was at fault.

A colleague recommended Willie several years ago and I've been going to him since. He's honest, knows what he's doing, and explains things so you can decide how far to go with a repair on an old car. I introduced my girlfriend (now wife) to him about three years ago. She's even more enthusiastic than I am.

They can always fit you in, often the same day. When I've had pricey repairs done to my older cars they will not charge labor for smaller items and they always make sure to explain everything they've done. One of the most friendly and honest shops I've been in.

I agree with the above comments. Honest, quick with repairs and they don't gouge you.

William Chen and his crew are simply the best. Very courteous, honest, knowledgeable, with reasonable prices. They give you rides if you need one.

We've been taking our cars to them for about 10 years. I think we've aided many boat payments, but that's a reflection on our cars and not their prices. Mr Chen is always helpful, takes the time to explain repairs and never pressures you to do an optional repair. When he tells me that he highly recommends doing something, I know that it needs to be done, as opposed to him being short on the next boat payment.
