Harold is the one to talk to, the other 2 mechanics don't want to answer the phone. So if it rings a lot, call back when Harold is back from his test drive. He is great, reasonable and always reliable. Having worked in this shady business myself I can smell a rat , and Harry is no rat.....

Thriftking is an awesome shop w/ guys who know what they are talking about. They helped me out when my clutch was going and I needed it replaced in 2 days before I left for college. Its not the newest high-tech ultra clean shop but it works and works well.

Harold and his crew are excellent well rounded mechanics and will do whatever they can to solve any problem they encounter. Very reasonably priced, honest, and resourceful. They even helped me find another low cost 'station car' when my old beater finally kicked the bucket. Excellent 'small town' garage!

Harold is unbeatable, he has shown me tricks of the trade that he says date back to his father. He takes care in every project I have faced him with, and even takes the time to show me what went wrong and how to avoid it when I return to pick up my vehicle. The 30 min drive is more then worth it, I would never let anyone touch my car but Harold and his mechanics.

The mount on my catalytic converter had broken. Harold found that my 97 Camry was a "California model" and it would be difficult or time consuming to find another on the East coast. So he fabricated a new mount using junk parts and the old, perfectly good converter body. Problem solved at a fraction of the cost with creativity and concern for the customer's wallet!
