I trust these guys implicitly. After a repair, they always call within a couple of days to make sure everything is okay. I am a mechanical imbecile, being a computer guy, and have twice suggested to them problems with my car that I knew would be expensive to fix. Hey, I thought I was right, but both of these occasions they told me I was mistaken and it would be much cheaper than I thought. One was a problem I was certain was the on-board computer but which turned out to be a bad battery. They do great work, and remember me by

I absolutely trust them and would strongly recommend Russo's to everyone who works downtown. Jack & Jason provide superb customer service. For a mechanically-challenged person as myself, I greatly appreciate the patience and care they take in explaining problems and the work required to me. They continually exceed my expectations.

These guys are just great. They handled my entire family's car needs for over 20 yrs. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Take the time to explain things to a not mechanically inclined female. Go out of their way to accomodate my work hrs. I keep my cars for a long time (10yrs) and they're the reason I can. Wish I knew similar plumbers, electricians, etc. You get the picture!

Easy to talk to people in a neat counter/reception area. All things written down, tell you finish time, listen to concern and tell results when picked up. Price not outrageous but no complaints since their work given you confidence the job is complete.
