They always know my name when I come in, and I'm greeted like I'm family. Aside from getting reminders for my yearly inspection, they're willing to go above and beyond and work around my alternate side parking schedule. This is one of those rare places that not only lives up to their internet reviews, but exceeds expectations. I would never bring my car anywhere else.

I found this garage on Car Talk, and they were great!

Love, Love, Love them. Dom and Frankie have been my mechanics forever (16+) years, and it is like listening to Tommy and Ray. They are never intimidating (I'm female) and I leave with a smile, whatever the news.

These guys are great! Always pleasant and describe everything they do (in a way that even I can understand) before doing it. I've been going to them for years and have not been disappointed.

Found them through another mechanic that said they could fix a tough electrical problem. They have worked on everything else since.

Frank was recommended to me almost 30 years ago by my step father who sold professional auto repair manuals to car mechanics. Needless to say, they have seen me through three or four cars by now. I have never had anything but good experiences with them. They are always friendly. They explain everything they do and why. They do what they say, and get it done on time. They keep track of my car's maintenance. They even track questions that come up between visits so that they can be addressed when they have the car in the shop. If I need the car back in less time than they would have anticipated getting the work done, they usually figure out a way to get it done.

What more can you ask - if they don't have a clue, they tell you. When the problem is not within their easy expertise (air conditioning, for example) they quickly refer you to other competent mechanics. They have great good humor and used to have a mangy dog - Two requirements of any good mechanic. The highest recommendation? When I'm not feeling well, I could only wish they were physicians (though in that case I would like them to sterilize with something other than "goop").

These guys are fantastic. Sometimes I'm shocked at how little they charge me, and this is New York. One time, I brought my car in because occasionally it wouldn't start. Just a click. Dominic kept the car for 4 days, trying to get in not to start. But to no avail, although he tried everything. Finally, he gave up on reproducing the problem, and told me that it was likely the starter (or something like that), which he based on his experience with Honda Civics. He replaced it, but refused to charge me until I reported back to him that the problem no longer presented. I called back a few weeks later, a happy customer, and paid the man. Highly recommended.
