Very honest, Their parts prices are also very good, I shopped around for the parts I needed and couldn't beat the price they got for the same OEM parts.

hi These guys are around the corner to me, and they adhere to a higher standards!!! since we are all neighbors, I see them almost everyday, and so most of their customers, They do the best, honest and always try to save me money by fixing old parts and not buying new. They know Cars ( mostly European) and always nailed it on the head when I had a problem. Tammy

I can hardly begin to express my gratitude to Alfa Motor. I had been using another mechanic in the neighborhood who told me that I needed a new transmission. Which would have cost me close to 3500$. Looking for a second opinion I went to Ami at Alfa Motor. He was honest, friendly and saved me 3500$ when he was honest enough to explain that I did not need a new transmission! My car has never run better!!!

Go to Alfa! They are honest, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Their prices can not be beat! Ami is the best mechanic in the neighborhood hands down.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! I chose to use this shop based on the Car Talk reviews, and though they may have been a decent shop at one point, they certainly are not now. I called 3 days ahead of time to see if they could fit me in and to get a rough quote. The guy sounded nice and I was told no problem and that the job would be roughly $500. When I got there Monday, the mechanic (different from the one on the phone) was rude and clearly pissed off to see me. He told me they are "a small shop that can't fit many cars" and that I would have to find a parking spot myself to keep the car overnight if I wanted service. They then brusquely told me they couldn't stand by the earlier quotes (without even looking at the car) and would call with new ones in the morning. A day went by with no word, and at lunch the following day I decided to call them. They told me that they were unwilling to give me a quote, that it could cost any amount and that I would have to pay at least $250 to find out what the quote might be, and if I did not agree to go forward at that point it would cost another $250 to put my car back together! On top of this, they told me that if I did want them to do the work I should order the part myself and bring it in to them. Then to top it all off, they told me they don't have the time to do the work this week and that I needed to pick the car up that evening and bring it back at some unspecified time. I had to cancel my plans for the evening in order to pick up the car, and when I arrived the dash was in pieces, and they slapped it in place and called it good with pieces bent way out of shape. I have never before written a bad review, and am an easy to get along with person, but the level of rudeness and disrespect at Alfa is simply not worth putting up with. As a final footnote, the guy there before had to come with his spare key to pick up his car as from what I could tell they had lost his keys!
