First rate diagnostician. Has the latest equipment and knows how to use it. Is certified in a/c, brakes, electrical, etc. It's a small shop so he doesn't do trannys. What's remarkable is that he saves the parts he replaces without being asked, and never does work without authorization. I've been using him for years with several different cars and only once did he not fix the problem the first time. He actually reimbursed me for the unnecessary repair.
