We moved to the area 8 months ago. The previous owners of our house recommended Fred. He has been terrific. Westchester isn't known for its public transportation, and they don't provide loaners or shuttle buses, but for simple things like an oil change they are willing to schedule you first thing (8AM) and you can wait-I've been out of there by 8:30.
