sevice man (and woman) knowledgeable about honda, friendly service, always wash car as part of service, (one of the main reasons for going there) can generally wait for repairs (biggest one so far was replacing muffler) waiting room has really horrible coffee and not good magazines. told them about the need for better magazines and they actually got some! and they were CURRENT ISSUES! mary, service mgr, knows as much about honda as the male mgr. also prettier. can get service without having to make appointment a week ahead as i did with my toyota. maybe there is less trouble with hondas than with toyotas so the shop isn't so busy
