John is always shown me to be a qualified repair person and does not pressure you for unneeeded item like some of the larger repair facilities. He will advise you of what is needed and will rcommend anther qulified shop if it is something that he does not handle. very friendly and knowledable. Was a Mr. Goodwrench before opening his own business.
