They are great. They do not try to repair something that is not broken. They show you the problem before they fix it. They also tell you if something has to be repaired now or if it can wait. They will tell you if the car is worth putting more money into it or to get a new car. They do not just let you keep giving them money for a car that is not worth keeping. They are honest people who want their customers to come back.

I use Dave and his crew on all four vehicles I own. I trust him and his family with my children's cars. He has on more than one occasion, allowed me to pick up my car after closing, and pay him the next day or when he opens after the weekend. Good people, good mechanics. I recommend Dave to anyone I know.

I moved to another state two years ago and losing access to this repair shop was one of my regrets. Amazingly, I found a mechanic just as reliable and friendly where I moved, albeit with a Boston accent like Click & Clack's. Dave Banks, his wife Dawn and the rest of the crew are efficient and very nice to do business with.
