This is a family owned shop passed down from the previous generation. The owners have a HUGE knowledge base! They know the old school vehicles inside and out as well as the current vehicles. I was new to the area and have several vehicles. I had been through mechanic after mechanic trying to get some work done but I couldn't seem to find an honest shop in the Reno area. But when I stumbled upon Unlimited Automotive I noticed straight away they gave me an estimate that I expected for the work I wanted done. When I came back to pick up my vehicle they didn't have to do as much work as they thought so they adjusted my bill ... It was lower than the estimate. Who does that? Currently I inherited a pickup when my grandfather passed away. I wanted to restore it so I took it out to Unlimited and Jeremy and Shaun looked it over and knew exactly where to get the parts for the old truck. They also knew exactly what to do and how long it would take for my budget. No heavy cost either. Just honest pricing for honest work. The other thing I noticed about the conduct of the shop is how they treat their female customers. They take the time to explain, in terms a lady would understand, what is wrong and what it will take to fix their car. I would feel very comfortable for my mother, or girlfriend to go to these guys without me there to accompany them. I know they would get an honest deal and know what was worked on and why. How many shops can say that? Not many. I give this shop 5 out of 5 stars.
