March 2008 - The right front passenger door handle of my 2002 Mitsubishi was knocked off in November 2007 when a fence post hit it at 5 m.p.h. (I don't recommend trying to program the GPS while driving.) This shop gave my husband a reasonable estimate. Although it took a week and a half for the part to come in, after ordered, I took the car in 30 minutes before the appointment. They got the car in right away and it was ready in the one hour they'd told him it would take to replace the handle. They were very courteous and charged only the estimated amount.

This is a body shop recommended to me by a friend. They were so courteous; I was overwhelmed. The service rep took lots of time to explain the repairs to me. Once the necessary parts had been ordered I took the car back and it was ready exactly when he said it would be. Afterward someone called to make sure I was pleased with the service. The only negative (if you can call it that) is that they close at 5 p.m. which is inconvenient for some people. I didn't have a problem with it. The neighborhood is plenty safe in the daytime which is the only time they are open. It's conveniently located near several clubs so there is lots of traffic at night!

I went to them since I saw outstanding reviews on Car Talk. I was not dissappointed. I got an estimate of the work with someone else and it was higher plus the estimator/front office guy, looked for ways to save me money by leaving items in place that you never would notice were slightly damaged. I use my truck for construction so I told him I did not need it in perfect condition. He was very helpful and polite and spend plenty of time with me even though he probably didn't make much money off of me. I also felt he was very honest. It is hard to sometimes find an honest mechanic or at least one you feel you can trust. The only downside was he had never listened to car talk. Mabye that was why he was so pleasant;)
