I've lived in Vegas for 23 years and had yet to find a garage I felt I could trust. All that changed when I went to Japanese Auto Works. My brake indicator light kept going on when I turned right or went down hills. I thought maybe it was that the fluid level was low, but when I checked it, it was a little low but within the acceptable level. I took it in to Japanese Auto Works and the owner test drove it, checked all my brake pads, and topped off the brake fluid-ALL AT NO CHARGE. He explained that I have 5- 6,000 more miles on my brakes and that it was just low fluid. That was a week ago and everything has been peachy since. Obviously, a girl who takes her car in because the brake fluid level is low, could easily be taken advantage of, but they didn't.

Keita Tanaka is the owner/operator. Very good customer service, friendly staff. VERY reasonable pricing for work, using quality parts (not junk generic brands of parts).

The shop is run by all Japanese team. They have been in LV for several years and have a good reputation. They speak broken English, but are always more than eager to show me or explain just what is needed with my Honda Accord or my wife's Toyota Camry. We always get our used parts back in a box, not that we want them, but it is reassuring to see this. The prices are well below any we have seen, and they never "create" repairs that we suspect. We love them and even take our cars in for oil changes as the charge is the same as the chains, and the service is quick, in-out when we make an appointment. The best Japanese specialists and by far the most economical in the state of Nevada.
