They are great about reminding me of regular tuneups and maintenance. Several times I have dropped off the car, requested several things to be done. When I pick up the car, they explain what they have done, and more than once have said they did not do something I requested because the car didn't really need it. I was VERY happy with this. My daughter and I have been taking our vehicles to this shop for close to 10 years now. On the rare occasions when I have gone back after work was done, they do not argue just adjust until I am happy.

This is the most honest shop in Las Vegas. I live on the opposite end of town and am contemplating moving just so I can be closer to my mechanic. I feel the most important thing about a shop is honesty-- above punctuality and compentence. An honest shop will tell you if they will be late. An honest shop will tell you if they are in over their heads. Then and only then can you have a successful professional relationship with a shop.

This was as good as an experience at an auto repair shop that I could hope for. My "check engine soon" light came on late Saturday night. This left me all day Sunday to find out what may have caused it. I knew that without the diagnostic it would be just guess work. ( I guessed wrong) I called at 9 when they opened and asked if I could get in the same day. I arrived by 10 and by 10:15 it was diagnosed and an estimate presented. They said they could do it an an hour (Sure I thought lol) and I agreed. Returned in an hour and a half and it was ready "amazing". Turned out I needed a battery and a canister purge solenoid. They were very informative as to what that was and the parts and labor was very reasonable. I would have no problem referring friends and family.

I work in the automotive field at one of the largest dealers in Las Vegas. When I need work done on my vehicle that is beyond my capabilities, I take it to Tunex over my place of employment. I get the employee discount at work, but the quality at Tunex is better.
