Tom is a great mechanic. He's done it his whole life. He don't do weekends though. He leaves this time for his family (as it should be). He does a professional job at a reasonable cost. When he's done he'll explain everything in detail why he did it. The only problem with telling everybody about him, is that he and only one other man work the shop. Most of the time these men are busy. There is no guarentee that he can get to your car right away. But he does a good job of queueing everybody based upon their needs.

Tom is a top notch mechanic!!.... Don't ask him too many questions as you'll never make it out of the shop.....this guy loves to talk cars! I perform most of my own maintenance on my vehicle, but if there is something that is beyond me, or if I don't have the time, Tom is one of the few people I can trust to do a good, honest job. I was introduced to Tom's work through a female friend, and he is one that can be counted on to perform a honest repair for female customers. Tom's labor rates are reasonable, and I've never (or anyone I recommended Tom to) had any problems with time.

Excellent service! Honest and eager to explain more than you probably wanted to know about your car.

The other reviewers are right! Tom will talk your ear off and tell you more than you ever wanted to know. But he explains exactly what he found, makes it clear even for non-mechanics like me, and shows you what needs to be done. He also shops around for the best prices on parts. Tom did work for me that I know would have cost hundreds more at another shop. His place looks run down and the letters are falling off the sign, but don't let that hold you back. He don't need a nice sign to get more customers than he can handle. He's the best in town.

He is an excellant mechanic, I wouldn't have anyone else work on many of my vehicles except Tom. You pay for what you get; and from Tom you get excellent service.

Tom is a good old boy. He and his wife Rose will talk your ear off. They'll tell you everything you need to know about what is going on in your vehicle--and more! They do a great job, but aren't exactly timely!

Tom is a nice guy. The problems I had were: 1. He did not fix my car. 2. He had my car for three weeks and never fixed it after charging me for the fix. I went in to have relatively simple repairs done on a car with almost 100,000 miles. Tom acted very busy and was stressed out about how busy he was. He could not effectively diagnose the issue. After I called him many times over the first week, he said he was frustrated and could not talk with me right then. After I picked my car up, it was in worse shape than when I went into his shop. I will not go back to Tom. I took my car to the dealer in town, and they fixed the problem in 4 hours.
