I bought a pre-owned (1996) Audi A4 from this dealership. I've had it back for minor repairs numerous times, and they always treat me as though I bought one of their "top of the line" Mercedes.Everytime I pick up the car it's been expertly hand washed, AND cleaned inside! Their mechanics always speak to you personally regarding the problems, and always fix it right the first time. AND, thanks to the "Audi Advantage" used car program, I haven't had to pay for a single repair yet! This dealership has TRUELY SPOILED me with their excellent service! Too bad they seem to be the exception to the norm. Now I REALLY HATE having to visit any other dealerships for work on my other vehicles!

These guys have worked on two different Audis, and a Mercedes that I've owned over the past 18 years. The service has always been excellent. The service manager, Jay (who was the service writer when I started going there), is one of the best guys around. Ony he's a sucker for a crying female. The only problems I've ever had with them were when I misunderstood what the service writer said. Prices for parts are higher than Carlson Audi in Palo Alto, California. But, that's expected for a high quality German car. The crying female part. My daughter had her '87 Audi 5000 CS Turbo fixed, and when she pioked up the car, the water pump died, and the car wouldn't start, and she started crying. Jay approved the water pump repair without charge, saying that since it died in their parking lot they'd take responsibility. And that's an attitude that is extremely rare anyplace else I have ever dealt with.
