Just a clarification: I now live in Washington State but I am recently from NJ and Charlie was/is an outstanding diagnostician and technician whenever I brought him a mysterious problem. By the way, after Charlie diagnosed a cracked engine block problem (which wasn't obvious) I heard Tom & Ray diagnose the same problem (given the same symptoms) over the phone. Tom & Ray are truly the best!
