Paul and his staff are honest and sincere. Paul is
extremely reliable, and never does work without informing
first. Three times now, Paul has diagnosed repairs, and
informed of the implications about waiting to have, or not
having, the repair work done. I feel as though he respects
my intelligence to weigh the pros and cons of all the
maintenance work he recommends, and to decide myself how,
when, and if I want to go ahead with the work. He always
uses after-market or used parts. Never will he use name
brand parts, unless I request it.

Really nice team. Easy to communicate with and easy to deal
with. Unusual in that they will tell you when something is
outside of their capability. Will tell you when not to fix
something.

Great service. Paul even picked me up from my house to go
get my car from his shop when he was done fixing it.
