Bill has a large database of knowledge on car troubles and their solutions from years of experience. Given the make model and type of problem, they often have the situation understood when you drop the car off. If located in the immediate area they may provide a ride.

Good prices on Tires,Tell you if they can fix the problem, if not recommend a shop to get it done at a reasonable price. Many members of the family are customers. Treat everone the same.
