Recently, I managed to side-swipe my 2007 Honda CRV
against my garage while backing out of it. It was quite a
brilliantly executed bone-headed move. I managed to dent
up the front fender and tear off the bumper going 3 miles
an hour. I also managed to tear of a tiny piece of wood
and paint from the garage. I am still amazed that the
garage escaped relativey unscathed and the 1 year old car
(which I just finished paying off like the week before)
had serious battle scars but I digress...
In short, I was uspet and wanted the car fixed and
restored to like new. I called Young's. They took my car
in immediately. Gave me an estimate, helped me work with
my insurance and dealt with the paperwork, explained to me
how they would fix it, called me with updates, and
actually had the car ready earlier than they said. They
also arranged a rental car for me and transportation to
and from rental car facilities.
If I ever have another run in with the garage or some
other collision-calamity--- I'm going back to Young's.
