Gino was exceptionally polite and informative, both to my wife and myself. He explained the issue and the possible solutions. He didn't push for the most expensive solution and was more than willing to do whatever we decided. Contrast this to a nearby Toyota dealership that quoted an all-or-nothing price seven times as high.
