Speaking as a female customer, Joey the owner, has always treated me with the utmost respect. He always tries his best to explain everything to me and he takes his time to make sure that I am happy with his work. I don't ever feel taken advantage of. Joey will never recommend unneccessary work. In fact, he has even advised against doing work that someone else would have tried to push! In this day and age, this shop has a real traditional mechanic. Joey can troubleshoot and fix nearly everything!
