I had to take my car to the dealer three times to get the wipers repaired (under warrenty). They didn't fix it right until the third time when I walked in with the print-out of the dealer bulletin which the guys at Eagle printed out to me. They really keep up on the lastest things and stand behind their work. I took my wife's car in for an oil change and they found that the drain plug was stripped. She had taken it to a place down the road which only does oil changes. They probably did it and jammed it in there. I noticed that the car was low on oil which never happened before. Eagle didn't charge me for the new plug and ost important they told me it was defective. I gotta tell you it's tough to find a oil drain plug for a 95 Neon on a Saturday around here. They're a good bunch of guys.

I've been going to them for @7 years. We have three cars
that they take good care of, which means that I am in the
shop frequently. They have been completely honest with me
and everyone else that I've run into while at the shop. I
know that they are one of the reasons I was able to keep
my 4 cylinder, 1991 Gran Am, running (without any major
work) until I sold it with 180,000 miles on it, @ 2 years
ago.
Keep up the GREAT work!!!
