I have found Rick to be extremely honest. One time when I left the car with him because I believed I needed a brake job, he merely made an adjustment that fixed the problem, "no charge". Another time, I thought I needed a new clutch, again an adjustment, also "no charge". In order to save money I have brought parts myself; Rick has no problem with this.
