If Conte Brothers ever stopped repairing cars, I'd stop driving.

I trust these guys more than I trust my family doctor. Always great service, nice people, honest, and damn good with cars. If you can't get your car from Cherry Hill to Cambridge to get worked on by Tom and Ray, I'd go to these guys at Conte's.

They are very customer service oriented and run a very clean and organized shop. I find them to be everything you hope for in car repair but rarely find.

Conte Bros. go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Extremely competent, reliable. I have used them for my last 5 cars. NEVER had a problem of any kind.

Augie and his crew are the best. They really understand
customer service and practice it. Our whole extended
family have trusted their family for many years. They are
the kind of guys you would send a Christmas card to.

I had been taking my vehicles there for over four years.
They are competent, honest, and very respected. Recently
however, I have had to start finding alternate places to
repair my vehicles. The problem I have is that it requires
a week or more to get a vehicle scheduled to have work
done. When one of my vehicles is in need of repair I need
it repaired immediately. I use my van for my construction
work. My wife works 20 miles from home and public
transportation is not available. Two of my sons commute to
college and to work. I cannot have a vehicle ust sitting
in front of my house waiting for an appointment. I would
have to try and rent a car and the cost of that added to
the cost of a repair would be too much. I have started
using Pep Boys(YUK),Midas, and some other places where you
can just drive in and get relatively quick service. Conte
Bros. is an excellent shop if you can schedule your work
in advance or have a backup car to use .

My nephew was visiting from out of state when the
transmission on his Explorer went (again). They took the car
right in and fixed it for a lot less than other shops he had
checked. They took the time to explain about transmissions
and gave him a 2 year nation-wide guarantee. They would have
a new customer if he lived here. Instead, they have me
writing about them.

I have been a customer of Conte's since 1983. The customer
service is just as good as the mechanical service. The staff
from top to bottom behaves as if they are glad to see you
and everyone has a friendly and helpful style. Conte's is an
honest, professional and caring shop with owner/management
on site. If there was a problem, Augie fixed it and made
sure you understood why. They are honest and fair business
people. The only spec of tarnish on this otherwise shiny
armor is their long-standing customers are a victim of
Conte's success. It's tough to get scheduled in less then 7
days - when you have a real problem - that's not very
helpful. On the other hand...they deserve all the success
they are enjoying. When I can wait, I go to Conte's.

I was in town one day and had to get a check engine light diagnosed and fixed. Conte cared about my deadline and managed to do several hours of work on transmission pressure sensors and coolant lines. They reconditioned the old lines fittings rather than jeopardizing my deadline by ordering new lines. Before starting, they made sure I wanted to get this older, high-mileage vehicle repaired instead of living with the problem. Thanks to them and to Car Talk for helping me find them.
