I am a single, blond female with a foreign car. Let's just say mechanics smell me coming! I've been bringing my last two cars (Honda Prelude, Honda CRV) to Precision Auto faithfully for the last five years and have never had a problem. They are honest, professional, and courteous. I have recommended them to many friends and co-workers, all who have had the same good fortune that I have.

My wife and I have used Precision Auto for about 20 years and have always been very happy with the quality of service that they provide. We've purchased cars from Precision and have had both large and small repairs done there. Most of the mechanics have been with the company for well over 10 years. So it's not just customers that stick with them. Highly recommended!

I started going to Precision Auto after seeing them on this site. I highly recommend them. They are honest, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. They went the extra mile to find me a used drive shaft from Rhode Island, saving me $1000 over the new part. I totally trust these guys and am glad to have found a good mechanic in town.

I have been to Precision a few times now as they are located close to home and they always do a stellar job on the repairs, but they are not always timely. Twice now I have made appointments early in the morning, only to walk by the shop mid-afternoon to see it still parked where I left it. Regardless of the complexity of the repair, I always have to leave my car with them all day and must call them at 5 p.m. to find out what was wrong with it and if it's done. My last visit, I made an appointment one week in advance, only to be told at 4:30 p.m. they didn't have the time to fix all the problems, just one. I asked how much it would be and they said they'd call me back. They called back and told me the cost ... after they did the repair. When I asked for an estimate for the other repairs, they said they would get back to me. One week and two follow-up calls later, they still have not given me an estimate and I'm moving on. I like Precision and feel their work is good, but I'm tired of waiting.
