Howard is a nice guy - I think he flunked MEC101 (How to rip off your customers) in Mechanic school :)! My first experience with him was when I lived practically next to his shop - I had an 86 Grand AM with the v6 that stalled when it got hot. It took him several days to diagnose, but he eventually tracked the problem down to corrosion between the computer and the wiring harness. He could have bilked me for hundreds for a new computer, wiring etc. - all he charged me for was 1 hour labor to clean the corrosion!!! Other repairs have been reasonably priced and done well since (about 6 years now). I highly reccomend him.
