Steve was the Third mechanic I brought the car to. The first
wanted $350 to tell me what was wrong. The Second kept the
car for 8 hours and was clueless... Then there was Steve.
Steve was referred to me by another mechanic. He offered a
free diagnosis, and at the end of the day knew what the
problem was. He gave me a binding estimate, and yes, I will
confess I went online to find out how much the job should
cost...Steve's price was $10 above the lowest price. At the
end of the second day, the job was done and I was very happy.
I work 3rd shift and my car is my only transport so I had to
be careful about how long it was tied up. In a perfect world
I could have left it over night and picked it up in the
morning. Steve made a point of having the car ready for me when
I needed it.
After the fact, when I was telling friends about my
experience, amazingly everyone knew about Steve. Great guy,
great work. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
