My husband and I purchased a car from this dealership. The next day when I took it to my old shop it failed inspection. I took the car back by myself and spoke with the Service Manager, Jeff. Jeff is hands down the most straight forward, friendly, and competent person I've even worked with at a shop. We put the car up and look at it. He pulled the records on the vehicle and after I pointed out why the car didn't pass inspection, he said he would fix it himself and then some. They gave me a car to use while Jeff worked on mine. I got a call the next day. Jeff had fixed the problem, looked everything over, and even offered to drive the car down and meet me closer to my home in Nashua. My husband and I met Jeff and he showed us the work and brought a copy of all the records for us. He even went another step and ordered a few replacement parts for some interior pieces that were functional, but had some wear and tear that left them less than desirable to look at. He also said he'd work on a few scratches I pointed out. Now, if you're reading this you may be wondering about the quality of the dealership if we bought a car and it didn't pass inspection. Yea, I was too. However, I can easily see how this vehicle slipped through the full inspection process. My husband and I wanted an 05 Outback. A bunch of them had arrived that day and we were test driving them until 7:30 at night. We finally found the one we liked and instead of saying we'd come by the next day to pick it up, sensing our strong desire to take the car home with us that evening, they called in a guy to look it over and get it cleaned-up in a short period of time. I believe this is why the car got off the lot without in the shape it did. Another thing is that I am a VERY particular person. I have an eye for detail and notice everything. So, the level of care Jeff has shown us has been amazing. I %100 percent recommend this shop. If you decide to try it out ask for Jeff and tell him Joy sent you. :)
