We have 3 cars so both my wife and I are at Fivestar frequently for repairs or for maintenance. During the times that we choose to wait at this garage, we have seen the employees deal with many different problems with their customers and we have never been less than amazed. These guys treat people really well and always seem to put a smile on everyone's face whether it be due to a good price, a quick repair, or a problem solved that other shops haven't been able to get to the bottom of. I rarely write good or bad about places that I visit, my wife is better at it than me, but I feel compelled to give an "atta boy" to Fivestar.

Good guys - they know what they are doing. My wife (Saab) feels the same way as I do (Jeep). Have told several friends about them and haven't regretted it yet! One time I was delayed in getting there to pick up my car at the end of the day. The manager (Rich) waited a half hour for me past closing to explain the repair to me.

I noticed that someone here wrote that October 15th this shop looked deserted... I am amazed that someone could think that, as I was at Fivestar that same day. I will agree that the desk and waiting area looked different than they normally do, but that was because they were redoing tile in there. The construction guys did a nice job of keeping everything out of my way and other people who were there waiting. The only time I've ever seen the place look deserted is on a Sunday once when we dropped my mother's car off while they were closed. Incidentally, I think they look great inside and out. Just my opinion though.

I'm happy with the consistency of how they deal with my wife and I. They always squeeze us in for oil changes, and always discuss other repair pricing options to fit our budget, and they are nice people to deal with.
