My husband and I appreciate the atmosphere and professionalism so much that we drive 45 min to an hour - out of our way - to have work done on our two Honda's at this shop. The service staff who schedule our appointments are extremely friendly and helpful. The mechanics who've spoken to us personally have always been honest and direct. We think the prices are reasonable. They don't talk us into work that we don't need and have even told us that some repairs (suggested by a repair shop in our home town) are not necessary! We think this place is tops!!!

I would, and have, gone out of my way to get my cars to
Dover Auto World both for mechanical problems and routine
maintenance. The service is friendly and the mechanics
are smart and work quickly. However, my experience having
cars detailed there has not been so good. The first time,
my dark finished car came back with some of the wax still
a bit smeary, the inside of the back window uncleaned, and
most of the car covered with "machine circles." The
second time, it came back with wax OVER the bugs on the
grill, bumper, and upper front end. I was told that the
simply wouldn't come off and I might have to go to a paint
shop. I got all the bugs off with 409 when I got home.
However, to repeat, I've got nothing but praise for their
mechanical work.
